Here at 1stPOSS we want help you design, create and build Sustainable neighborhoods and communities, that also serve to minimize their environmental impact, promote social well-being, and ensure economic viability.

It all begins with the ‘core’ principes of Sustainable development’ which is the ‘development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. We do this while emphasizing equitable access to resources, inclusive participation, and the promotion of practices that balance economic growth, social equity, and environmental stewardship.

So, what is a Sustainable neighborhood and community? To begin with it is our “objective here at 1stPoss to provide ‘residents’ with a neighborhood and community that ensure a high quality of life for present and future generations and one that balances environmental responsibility, social equity and promote local economies, and access to green spaces and public transportation.

When we do this, research and studies have shown that healthy lifestyles and strong social connections are quickly establish and the City and County both also benefit freeing up more resources to help us all achieve our shared goals of safe and vibrant Neighborhoods and communities. And let us not forget that by way of responsible environment practices through collective decision-making and action, together we can make our neighborhoods and communities, more sustainable comm that support the dignity of families and we individuals and where the quality of life is renewed and enhanced around us@

Here at the planning stage, and the early and continuous collaboration, that we bring together, the “property owners, and residents, wit representations from architects, designers, engineers and other stakeholders to collaborate from the earliest conceptual stages of the project.

After a complete, and thorough investigation of the Real Estate existing management operations have been done, we then formulate the most effective strategy going forward with the property. Among the many items that must be addressed are, to receive and maintain possession of all documents, books and records, Contract for needed repairs (many will need immediate repairs) and most important, return the Real Estate to its optimum status.

After planning and evaluation, we then establish the ‘work to be done’. We provide Asset Property Management, inspection services, Property preservation and eviction services. To establish this, we turn to our evaluation, because knowing the nature of the receivership is critical. Whether it is a simple or complicated restructure, or something completely different, such as watching over property until differences are worked out, we will work to find creative ways for the work-out times and facilitate turnarounds in a less costly and quickest time possible

Under certain circumstances, a ‘health and safety’ receivership which would require emergency situations because this is an all-inclusive and systematic process that requires rapid, extraordinary and a speedy response. This is where we have gained majority of our experiences from with these type ‘properties’ and we understand how to respond to these situations.

This will include all individuals to participate in and can influence decisions that affect each of their lives. There is a “shared vision’ so we encourage participation from all ages, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity, religions, and physical ability. We want to ensure that we provide an atmosphere of respect and tolerance for diverse viewpoints, beliefs, and values while at the same time having adequate access to public information, as a “viable, nongovernment sector. We have found that it is our objective to create a ‘strategic plan’ the helps, our planners, local government, community organizations and stakeholders that this plan is resilient, inclusive, and environmentally sound and it outlines objectives with actionable steps within projects to help us achieve those objectives. Among the many factors to Consider, as with any vision of the Community development process, we need to know what it is that needs to be addressed within the community and what factors are going to impact our actions, such as our current ‘available resources.

The act of creating a sustainable community and neighborhoods involves a combination of inclusive actions such as social equity, economic viability, and ecological principles all designed to ‘rests’ on the foundation of ‘the Economy, Ecology, and Equity, of the area, ensuring long-term health and prosperity for the neighborhood and the community. There are Core Principles and Key Considerations, that rely on intergenerational Equity with resilience and adaptability, as sustainable neighborhoods are designed to be efficient, productive, and face many environmental challenges.

Evaluation and improvements of neighborhoods, Community development requires and consists of a number of factors, including a diverse set of assessment tools, comprehensive metrics, and a range of strategies designed to address such factors as environmental, social, and economics. Built into our set of metrics, is the sense of place in the community, social interaction, community participation, and a sense of attachment and satisfaction among residents. The livability and equity of a neighborhood, such as accessibility to amenities, affordability of housing, safety, security, and diversity of choices for all residents are always at the forefront of what we do. Integrating green spaces and buildings, optimizing resource use through efficient energy and water management and waste reduction, promoting sustainable transportation and local food systems, fostering strong community engagement and social inclusion, and implementing smart urban planning strategies like mixed-use development are among the methodologies and internationally recognized standards and practices that we employ for our neighborhoods and communities.
